Easy Purchasing assists you to place orders on time, make sure no outstanding sales orders are missed, and keep track of already placed purchase orders. This without the hassle of cancelling old orders, moving dates, or creating multiple supply orders for one demand order.

To do this Easy Purchasing provides you with an completely new option in the Requisition Worksheet to calculate and fill the demand in the Requisition Worksheet. It will calculate all demand and supply, and provides a clear proposal for the items you’ll need to order, that you can process with the already available features in the Requisition Worksheet.

To simplify the output Easy Purchasing only provides a purchase supply with one line per location. It excludes a lot of variables like SKU’s, Variants and UOM’s other than the Base Unit of Measure. Of course, the Lead Time of the Item is taken into account, but all the other parameters for dates or time periods are not included. This will give a clear view of the quantity to order for the item without having to mentally juggle a lot of numbers.
